Abstract: The paper reviews the differences between the “ teaching and learning” relationship and the modern “learning and learning” and brings to light its impact on physical education and constraints. Physical education proposed the application of new paradigms, methods and values development. This will undoubtedly further understand and grasp the understanding of physical education, and promote new course building and development is helpful.
