通过形成性评价培养高中生自主学习能力行动探讨

评价是检测学生综合语言运用能力发展程度的重要途径,也是反映教学效果和学校办学质量的重要指标之一。评价既是保证课程实施的重要手段,又是教学活动的有机组成部分。然而,在日常高中英语教学中,笔者碰到的最大问题是学生的被动学习态度与方式以及单一的考试成绩评价方式——终结性评价。笔者在教学实践中意识到,尽管通过改变教学方法,本已改变学生被动学习的态度与方式,但是考试的压力使学生不能真正成为学习的主人。而形成性评价有利于学生自主学习能力的培养,于是笔者决定尝试采用形成性评价的方式,把从重结果的评价转变为重过程的评价,力求培养学生自主学习的意识与能力。基于上述熟悉,笔者以自己所教的太原市杏花岭实验三中高一实验班的45名学生为研究对象,对他们进行了为期一个学年的行动研究,研究通过问卷调查、访谈和教学反思,收集各种数据和资料,并结合学生两个学期的考试成绩进行分析。同时,在教学实践中,笔者不断改进和细化研究问题,调整教学思路,目的在于通过形成性评价培养学生自主学习能力。研究结果表明:形成性评价能够促进学生学习方式的转变,有利于学生自主学习能力的培养,有助于英语学习兴趣的激发和保持,从而大面积提高了英语学习成绩。【关键词】：形成性评价高中生自主学习能力行动研究
