国际学校学生自主学习能力培养实证探讨

随着中国经济的发展,越来越多的中国家庭选择让高中生出国留学接受国外的高等教育。然而这些出国留学生面临的最大困难在于要忽然从过去的传统的应试学习方式过渡到西式教育要求的自主学习方式。如何顺利地完成这种转变则需要老师帮助和引导这些出国留学生寻找到适合他们的学习策略以改变其学习方式来更好地管理自己。这些预科留学生固然母语并非英语,却拥有学习中文的技巧和经验。他们需要的是把这些技巧运用到英语学习中。因此,基于建构主义理论和元认知策略理论,本文旨在寻找适合预科留学生自主学习的学习策略以帮助他们尽快适应西方教学模式。结合作者的教学实际,本文作者设计了一个针对预科留学班学生培养其自主学习能力的实验研究项目,通过在实验班进行自主学习能力的练习和在控制班进行传统教学方法授课,对实验班进行了学习策略问卷调查以及个人访谈等方式收集了各种数据。然后用对实验班和控制班的测试所获的定量数据作了统计分析,检验的结果表明经过两个月的自主学习能力的培养,实验班的学生公道地转变了自己的学习方式和学习态度,英语成绩相比控制班有了大幅地提高。在论文最后,作者总结了培养学生自主学习能力的方法,并指出了本研究的局限性,还提出了进一步研究的建议。【关键词】：自主学习建构主义元认知策略学习方式
