分层递进教学在高中英语课堂中运用

随着经济和科学技术的发展,教育在现代社会中起着越来越重要的作用。“科教兴国”已成为各国共鸣。改革传统教育已迫在眉睫,对素质教育的呼声也越来越高。为了全面实施素质教育以继续推进教育改革,现代教育要求教师树立科学发展观,承认学生个体发展的特殊性。对高中学生来说,英语基础参差不齐,此外,学习习惯,对英语的兴趣及学习能力方面也不尽相同。为了遵循因材施教的原则,结合班级实际进行分层递进教学是有必要的。因而,作者在成都市16中高中二年级四班进行了分层递进教学实践。本文分四部分:第一部分简单先容了分层递进教学的定义及其重要性,也表述了分层递进教学是使每一个学生得到提高与发展的一种有效的教学方法。第二部分详尽地讨论了分层递进教学的历史及理论基础,然后,先容了成功的分层递进教学的必要因素及其优点。第三部分着重于讨论分层递进教学在中学英语课堂上的应用。阐述了使具有不同水平的学生都能得到提高的不同方法的应用。第四部分描述了在英语课堂教学中应用分层递进教学的结果,表明分层递进教学确实是课堂上进行英语教学的行之有效的方法。总而言之,分层递进教学可以:①减轻学生的心理负担,②增强学生学习英语的信心,③从而使学生感受到成功的喜悦。【关键词】：分层递进教学上风应用
