新课标对初中英语教学了“以情优教”的教学理念,追求真情感和高认知的和谐统一,在考虑知识与技能教学的下,教学德育因素。初中英语教材本国和所学语言多彩的文化传统、习俗风貌等。这些素材,为德育渗透了契机。教师在教学中以知识为载体,适时适度地在教学中渗透德育,让学生在学习英语的中,提高思想道德。

一、 挖掘教材中思想内涵与学生生活紧密的内容

教材中有不少能感染人、启迪人和教育人的内容,教师要发掘其深层内涵与现实作用,给学生以深刻启迪。如“The sports meeting”“The football match”等内容的教学,教师组织学生围绕“接力赛中运动员跌倒后仍爬起继续比赛”“球赛中球队因合作而胜,因单干而败”等事例谈感受,以激发学生的团队精神。又如“Where is my...”句型的教学,教师可用课件呈现一片狼藉的房间,并让学生说说房间的摆设,以而间接引导学生学会整理房间,懂得“的事情做”这一。
