课余,以阳光体育困境析课余体育之出路

摘 要：大学阳光体育运动属于课余体育的范畴，其的困境，对大学课余体育锻炼的管理、观念、阻滞因素了反思。进展大学课余体育应以大课程观为指导，在把其法学论文纳入日常教学计划的，改善大学层面的课余体育运转制度设计，并逐渐推动大学体育工作的重心由课内向课余转移。下坚持以技术教学为核心的课程多元化革新，为学生技术支持和兴趣引导；开展生命教育，激活大学生健身意识；在学校层面建立大学生课余体育组织管理的实质性机构文学论文，把各类学生体育组织做实，使其做事；组建以课余体育竞赛为核心的课余体育组织机构，课余体育竞赛的层次化、社团化、评价机制的周期化，扩大课余竞赛的覆盖面。

Analysis on the Outlet of Extra-curricular Sports under the Plight of Sunny Sports Movement for College Students

Abstract：Sunny Sports Movement for College Students is the scope of extra-curricular sports. Based on its current predicament, some problems including management, concept and restraining factors were discussed. According to the article, extra-curricular sports should be based on a large university curriculum as a guide, introduced into the daily teaching plan. And at the same time, it is necessary to improve university operating system design in extra-curricular sports, and shift the focus from curricular to extra-curricular gradually. There are four ways，including insisting on the reform of diversity curriculum which adheres to the technical core of teaching in order to provide technical support and gain the joyful life experience for students, awaking the fitness consciousness through the life education, establishing substantial extra-curricular sports organization and management body at the school level, strengthening the student sports organizations to display its full function, establishing management institution of the extra-curricular sports competition, which be hierarchical, sponsored by the student organization, periodic in the evaluation mechani so as to expand the coverage of extra-curricular competitions.
