元认知对策在呼市十四中高一英语词汇教学中运用探讨

近年来,随着人们越来越关注对学生自主学习能力的培养,学习策略培训的研究也成为了国内外学者研究的热门话题。在众多的学习策略中,元认知策略是一种较高层次的策略,它是指有意识地对学习过程进行计划、监控、调节和评估。在外语学习和教学中,词汇学习起着十分重要的作用。如何利用学习策略学好词汇的理论和实证研究正逐渐增多。因此,本研究旨在通过试验探讨元认知策略培训能否对呼和浩特市第14中学生的词汇学习产生积极的影响。师在两个班分别采用不同的词汇教学模式：对照班的50名学生仍以传统教学为主,实验班的51名学生则接受了14周的基于元认知策略的词汇学习培训。培训内容包括如何制定词汇学习计划,自我监控词汇学习过程和自我评价等元认知策略。研究数据来自他们在实验前和实验后词汇测试中的分数和元认知策略问卷。所得数据用SPSS14.0进行了统计分析以了解策略培训对学生的元认知策略使用及词汇成绩的影响。研究结果表明：1).培训后实验班的学生在词汇水平与元认知策略运用上明显优于对照班。2).本培训有利于提高学生词汇成绩,促进学生自主学生能力。因此应该将元认知策略培训和词汇教学有机地结合在一起。【关键词】：学习策略元认知策略词汇学习词汇学习策略
