英语分级教学显性分级与隐性分级比较探讨

随着近年来高校的不断扩招,生源数量不断扩大,而与此同时,生源质量也呈现出一个参差不齐的状况。为应对这样的问题,分级教学模式被引入到了教学实践之中来。本研究时基于云南财经大学国际工商学院所做的案例研究。国际工商学院是与美国库克大学和澳大利亚查理斯特大学合作开展的中外合作办学项目,拥有3000多名在册学生。而为解决学生学习能力相差悬殊的问题,国际工商学院对基础课程实施了分级教学。众所周知,作为分级教学的两种不同形式,无论是显性分级还是隐形分级,都已经受到各方面研究者的关注,分级教学较传统大班教学的上风是无可厚非的。但也有研究表明,特别是在显性分级教学模式中,学困生也会受到消极影响,导致自我效能感降低,缺乏自信,终极导致缺乏学习积极性,中断学习。于是,隐形分级教学模式被研究者们提出以解决这类矛盾。本研究主要是基于对学生测试与调查所获数据的对比,来探讨隐形分级和显性分级究竟孰优孰劣；而为达到此研究目的,本研究主要使用的定量分析的方法为两种分级教学方式的差别做出数量描述。为了能进行正确的描述和做出清楚的比较,实验可能的结果将以研究假设的形式提出；同时,接下来的数据分析将与研究假设逐一|语文教学论文|对应。而经过收集实验数据和对实验数据所做的分析,得出的结论是所有有待验证的研究假设都被证实是真命题；其中,隐性分级教学模式下,学困生的成绩提高明显高于显性分级教学模式下的学困天生|教育论文网|绩提高的幅度；同时,问卷调查显示隐性分级模式下的学困生自我效能感要明显高于显性分级模式下的学困生自我效能感。终极,隐性分级模式确有能够保护学生个体发展的作用,能为学生的心理发展起到良好的保护作用,从而提高学习成绩。【关键词】：大学英语课分级教学隐性分级显性分级
