竞技,CBA联赛引援变迁与中国竞技篮球运动进展瓶颈

摘要：CBA联赛十五年引援史尤如篮球运动新世纪后进展的缩影。，文献、数理统计等策略梳理CBA联赛的引援史，籍此竞技篮球运动进展滞缓的理由，找寻突破瓶颈的策略。浅析：家长式管理与职业化管理需求的矛盾，先进运动理念本土化遭遇梗阻，高竞技人才培养环境的失衡等因素阻碍竞技篮球运动进展的绊脚石。，改善竞技篮球运动管理制度，建立科学管理系统，正确认识与把握欧美先进运动理念，培育稳定、可持续进展的竞技环境才突破竞技篮球运动进展的瓶颈。

Changes of the Introduction of Foreign Players in the CBA and Bottlenecks of
the Development of Chinese Basketball

Abstract: Fifteen-year history of the introduction of foreign players likes a microco of Chinese basketball development in the new century. Therefore, this article uses literatures and mathematical statistic methods to review the CBA league history of 15 years in introducing foreign players and explore the reasons of the slow development of the Chinese competitive basketball in order to find ways to break through the bottleneck. Result: Contradiction of paternalistic and professional management requirements, advanced concepts localization encounter obstruction, imbalance of elite training environment and so on, become a stumbling block to the development of athletic basketball in China. Therefore, improving the system of competitive basketball management, establishing a scientific management system, correctly understand and grasp advanced movement concepts in Europe and America and fostering stability, sustainable development of competitive environment could break through the bottleneck of the development of athletic basketball in China.
